So... i procrastinated on my cosplay this year again (surprise surprise ^^;) not as far along as I'd hoped to be a week before the con but... i'm still way further than I was last year. I'll be Erza Scarlet in Heaven's Wheel again (Fairy Tail) just.. better hopefully ^^ After the con last year, i really wasn't happy at all with how the cosplay turned out, so I literally scrapped everything but the wig and skirt and started over and so far i'm liking this time around so much better but i've still got painting to go ^^; I'd originally only planned on cosplaying saturday but... there's actually a pre-planned Fairy Tail photoshoot this time aroun

Yay for spring time :D although... it's not like winter ever really hit so... >.> whatev. In regards to my last journal haha, i killed myself to get that cosplay done in time. I was up until 2:30 am the night before the con working on it, and it still wasn't finished, i did the rig for the wings at the actual con itself friday night and thank god i have amazing people like my friends in my life who helped me finish coloring my wig at the actual convention :D And all the stress, and pain, and dizziness from too much spray paint inside ended up being worth it when i got to wear it for the first time :D and i'm slowly still uploading pics from t

soooo.... less than a week before the con.... i have a good start on my cosplay but.... that's about it @-@ i'm kicking myself so hard for not starting Heaven's Wheel sooner.... the con just kinda snuck up on me, and now i'm stuck in a terrible internal debate. The little person on my right shoulder tells me to go ahead and try to finish up my cosplay, rush it and spend a bunch of money to 'maybe' finish it in time.... it probably won't be as well put together as you'd like it, but... it's better than not cosplaying at all, right?
